Abstract
The role of the recently detected dibaryon (six-quark) resonances, such as d*(2380), in the nucleon-nucleon (NN) elastic and inelastic scattering is discussed. The effective energy-dependent potential for the NN interaction is suggested which is based on the mechanism with a formation of the intermediate dibaryon state. This model allows to reproduce the NN scattering partial phase shifts and inelasticities at intermediate and small energies as well.
About the speaker:
Dr. Rubtsova is an expert on theories of few-body nuclear reactions. She obtained her PhD degree in Nuclear and Elementary Particle Physics from Moscow State University in 2004. She started to work at the Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics (SINP) at Moscow State University (MSU) from 2000. She became a Researcher at SINP in 2008 and was promoted to Senior Researcher in 2013. She won the “Russian President’s grant” for young scientists(俄罗斯青年科学家总统奖)in 2008.
